Claims (12)
1. Längsträckt värmeapparat (1) som bestar ett VW -1 -flamtest, omfattande (1) en käma omfattande ett resistivt värmeelement; (2) ett första isolerande hölje (9) som 30 (a) omger kaman och (b) utformats av ett första isolerande material innehällande organisk polymer; samt (3) ett andra isolerande hölje (11), som omger det första höljet och berör detta; kännetecknad av att 35 (4) det resistiva elementet (a) har formen av ett kontinuerligt band av ledande polymer (3), (b) har PTC-beteende och (c) omfattar tvä längsträckta elektroder inne i den ledande polymeren, och '100844 (5) värmeapparatens komponenter är sädana att (a) en värmeapparat som är vä-sentligt identisk, med undantag av att den inte innehäller det andra isolerande höljet, inte bestär ett VW-1-flamtest, och (b) en värmeapparat som är väsentligt identisk med undantag av att den inte innehäller det första isolerande höljet, inte bestar ett 5 VW-1-flamtest.
