CONSISTE EN MEZCLAR LAS ARENILLAS CON POLVOS DE METALES ELEMENTALES QUE COMPRENDEN UNA MEZCLA FORMADA POR UN 5 A UN 30% EN VOLUMEN DE ALUMINIO, POR UN 10 A UN 35% EN VOLUMEN DE ZINC, POR UN 20 A UN 70% EN VOLUMEN DE COBRE, POR UN 5 A UN 30% EN VOLUMEN DE ESTAÑO, Y OPCIONALMENTE HASTA UN 50% EN VOLUMEN DE UN MATERIAL DE RELLENO LUBRICANTE DISPERSO EN PARTICULAS. LA MEZCLA FORMADA SE COLOCA EN UN MOLDE ANULAR EN DONDE SE LA APLICA PRESION A RAZON DE 422 A 844 KG/CM, ASI COMO CALOR A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 325 Y 400 GRADOS. A CONTINUACION SE RETIRA EL MOLDE DE ESTRUCTURA DE ANILLO RESULTANTE Y SE MONTA SOBRE UN NUCLEO DE RUEDA MEDIANTE UN ADHESIVO.
