PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE DERIVADOS DE 3-NITRO-DIHIDROPIRIDINA, DE FORMULA (I), Y DE SUS SALES FISIOLOGICAMENTE COMPATIBLES. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE ESTERIFICACION DE UN DERIVADO REACTIVO DE UN ACIDO CARBOXILICO, DE FORMULA (II), CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMUYLA H-X-A-R3, PARA FORMAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I) EN LA QUE X REPRESENTA OXIGENO O AZUFRE Y R1, R2, R3 Y A PUEDEN SER VARIOS TIPOS DE RADICALES. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 10JC Y 150JC. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS POR SU EFECTO INOTROPO POSITIVO SOBRE EL SISTEMA CIRCULATORIO.
