CONSISTENTE EN: A) MEZCLAR ACIDO FOSFORICO (B), A UNA CONCENTRACION EN P O DEL 10-30%, CON UNA PEQUEÑA CANTIDAD DE FOSFATO MINERAL (A) 10-20 (B)/(A) Y UNA CORRIENTE DE RECICLADO DE YESO DE 10-40% SEPARABLE POSTERIORMENTE; B) AÑADIR FOSFATO NATURAL EN EXCESO (0,3-0,5 FOSF. ADICIONAL/PARTE SOL. FOSFATO) PARA PRODUCIR UNA SOLUCION DE FOSFATO MONOCALCICO SOLUBLE (D) MEDIANTE CLARIFICACION; C) ENVIAR LA DISOLUCION (D) AL DSA (DISPOSITIVO DE SEPARACION AVANZADO) (K); Y D) PONER EN CONTACTO LA DISOLUCION CON UNA RESINA INTERCAMBIADORA DE IONES, INTERNA AL DSA Y CARGADA DE POTASIO, DE FORMA QUE SE FORMA FOSFATO POTASICO VOLVIENDO A RECICLAR LA RESINA MEDIANTE TRATAMIENTO CON SOLUCION REGENERADORA DE CLORURO POTASICO AL 18% Y A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 26,5 Y 71JC.
