CONSISTENTE EN AÑADIR A UNA MUESTRA DE PLASMA NATURAL: A) UNA CANTIDAD DE FIBRINA SUFICIENTE PARA LA FORMACION DE ENTURBIAMIENTO O GENERARLA <IN SITU> MEDIANTE LA ADICION DE TROMBINA, BETROXOBINA O ARVINA O, POR OTRA PARTE, AÑADIR A LA MUESTRA UN SUSTRATO CROMOGENO DE PLASMINA, COMO TOS-GLY-PRO-LYS-P-NITROANILINA, Y UNA CANTIDAD INSUFICIENTE PARA FORMAR ENTURBIAMIENTO, DE PRODUCTOS DE DISOCIACION DE FIBRINOGENO POR ACCION DE BROMURO DE CIANOGENO; B) AÑADIR UN ACTIVADOR DE PLASMINOGENO COMO EPA, UROQUINASA O ESTREPTOQUINASA MAS TROMBINA O ENZIMA SIMILAR A TROMBINA Y TAMPON A UNA TEMPERATURA CUALQUIERA ENTRE 20 Y 40JC; C) AÑADIR POLIETILENGLICOL, UN AGENTE TENSIOACTIVO, NO IONOGENO Y/O ALBUMINA DE SUERO BOVINO; Y D) REALIZAR LA EVALUACION EN EL PRIMER METODO MEDIANTE LA CINETICA DEL ENTURBIAMIENTO Y, EN EL SEGUNDO, MEDIANTE LA CINETICA DE LA FORMACION DE COLOR.
