CONSISTE EN PIROLIZAR LA RESINA DE INTERCAMBIO IONICO A BAJA TEMPERATURA, SEPARAR EL GAS DE DESCOMPOSICION RESULTANTE, PIROLIZAR LUEGO LA RESINA DE INTERCAMBIO IONICO A ALTA TEMPERATURA, SEPARAR EL GAS DE DESCOMPOSICION RESULTANTE, Y PRENSAR EN CALIENTE EL RESIDUO DE LA RESINA PARA FORMAR UN ARTICULO MOLDEADO. EL APARATO COMPRENDE: PRENSAS SUPERIORES E INFERIORES (43, 47); UN RECIPIENTE DE REACCION (40) Y UN CILINDRO HIDRAULICO (48); PLATAFORMAS GIRATORIAS (38, 39) QUE CONSTITUYEN UN ARBOL (41); Y UNA ENVOLTURA (35) A TRAVES DE LA CUAL PASAN LOS GASES DE ESCAPE. TIENE UTILIDAD PARA LA OBTENCION DE COMPUESTOS INORGANICOS ESTABLES.
