COMPRENDE: A) SOMETER AL MINERAL SULFIDICO AURIFERO REFRACTARIO CONTENIENDO HIERRO A UNA ETAPA DE FLOTACION, PARA PRODUCIR UN CONCENTRADO AURIFERO REFRACTARIO EN FORMADE LECHADA ACUOSA; B) TRATAR A LA LECHADA ACUOSA CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACIDO SULFURICO PARA DESCOMPONER CARBONATOS Y COMPUESTOS DE LA GANGA CONSUMIDORES DE ACIDO; C) OXIDAR A LA LECHADA ACUOSA EN ATMOSFERA OXIDANTE, ENTRE 135 Y 250JC Y A PRESION PARA DILUIR AL FE, FORMAR ACIDO SULFURICO Y OXIDAR A LOS COMPUESTOS SULFURADOS OXIDABLES A LA FORMA DE SULFATO; D) AGREGAR AGUA A LA LECHADA OXIDADA, PARA FORMAR UNA PULPA QUE TIENE UNA DENSIDAD ENTRE 5 Y 15% EN PESO DE SOLIDOS; E) EFECTUAR CON LA PULPA LECHADA UN PROCESO DE SEPARACION LIQUIDO-SOLIDO, PARA PRODUCIR UNA SOLUCION QUE CONTENGA ACIDO Y HIERRO Y SOLIDOS SEPARADOS OXIDOS; F) RECICLAR UNA PORCION DE LA SOLUCION QUE CONTIENE ACIDO Y HIERRO A LA ETAPA DE PRE-TRATAMIENTO ACIDO DEL CONCENTRADO Y G) RECUPERAR EL ORO DE SOLIDOS SEPARADOS OXIDADOS.
