METODO PARA DETERMINAR LA PRESENCIA DE UNA SECUENCIA POLINUCLEOTIDICA PARTICULAR EN UNA MUESTRA A ENSAYAR, QUE CONTIENE ACIDOS NUCLEICOS MONOCATENARIOS. LA MUESTRA A ENSAYAR SE COMBINA CON UNA SONDA POLINUCLEOTIDICA, CON UNA SECUENCIA DE BASES SUSTANCIALMENTE COMPLEMENTARIA DE LA SECUENCIA A DETERMINAR, PARA FORMAR UN MEDIO DE ENSAYO ACUOSO; PARA AUMENTAR LA VELOCIDAD DE HIBRIDACION ENTRE LA SONDA Y LA SECUENCIA A DETERMINAR, SE INCLUYE POLIACRILATO O POLIMETACRILATO EN EL CITADO MEDIO, Y LUEGO SE DETECTA LA FORMACION DE LA SONDA HIBRIDADA A LA SECUENCIA A DETERMINAR.
