Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO E INSTALACION PARA EL CONTROL DE LA TEMPERATURA DE SECADO DE UN HORNO DE SECADO, PARA LA FABRICACION DE HILO ESMALTADO DE VARIOS PASOS DE HILOS ESMALTADOS. EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN EFECTUAR EL SECADO Y LA COCHURA DEL HILO REVESTIDO DE ESMALTE POR MEDIO DE UNA CORRIENTE DE AIRE CALIENTE QUE RECIRCULA SEGUN EL PRINCIPIO DE CONTRACORRIENTE EN UN SOLO CIRCUITO, EN UNA RETORTA DE COCHURA, Y EN HACER PASAR DICHA CORRIENTE DE AIRE CALIENTE A TRAVES DE UN CATALIZADOR (18) SITUADO EN EL CONDUCTO DE RETORNO (12). EN EL CONDUCTO DE RETORNO 812) Y DESPUES DEL CATALIZADOR (18), SE DERIVA UNA CORRIENTE PARCIAL DE AIRE CALIENTE, Y SE VUELVE A CONDUCIR AL CONDUCTO DE RETORNO ANTES DEL CATALIZADOR (18).
