CONSISTENTE EN HACER REACCIONAR LA SUPERFICIE METALICA CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE COMPOSICION ACIDA, QUE CONTIENE COMO CONSTITUYENTES ESENCIALES: HAFNIO, ZIRCONIO Y TITANIO POR SEPARADO O SUS MEZCLAS EN CONCENTRACION DE 4 A 100 PPM; IONES FLUORURO EN 1 A 6.000 PPM; IONES FOSFATO EN 10 A 200 PPM; UN COMPUESTO DE TANINO VEGETAL (EXTRACTO DE CASTAÑO) EN AL MENOS 1 PPM; Y UN AGENTE COMPLEXANTE, COMPATIBLE CON EL RESTO DE LOS INGREDIENTES DE LA SOLUCION DE TRATAMIENTO. EL PH DE LA SOLUCION DEBE SER DE 2 A 5; Y LA TEMPERATURA DE REACCION DE 70JF A 160JF. OBTENIENDOSE UN RECUBRIMIENTO DE 2 A 50 GR POR PIE CUADRADO DE SUPERFICIE DE ALUMINIO. POSTERIORMENTE ES TRATADA CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA QUE CONTIENE UN COMPONENTE POLIMERICO (PRODUCTO DE REACCION DE UN POLI-4-VINILFENOL, FORMALDEHIDO Y UNA AMINA SECUNDARIA), EN UNA CONCENTRACION DE 0,01 A 5% Y CON UN PH DE 0,5 A 12.
