METODO PARA DETECTAR BACTERIAS EN UNA MUESTRA A ENSAYAR.COMPRENDE: A) SOMETER LA MUESTRA A ENSAYAR A CONDICIONES QUE LIBERAN Y DESNATURALIZAN LOS ACIDOS NUCLEICOS DE LAS BACTERIAS PRESENTES EN LA MUESTRA, B) PONER EN CONTACTO LOS ACIDOS NUCLEICOS MONOCATENARIOS RESULTANTES CON UNA SONDA POLINUCLEOTIDICA, EN CONDICIONES FAVORABLES A LA HIBRIDACION ENTRE LAS SECUENCIAS DE BASES DE LA SONDA Y BACTERIANAS Y C) DETERMINAR LA PRESENCIA DE LA SONDA HIBRIDADA. LA SONDA CONSISTE EN UNA SECUENCIA DE BASES HOMOLOGA A UNA SECUENCIA DE BASES DE LOS ACIDOS NUCLEICOS DE LA TOTALIDAD DE LAS BACTERIAS CUYA PRESENCIA EN LA MUESTRA A ENSAYAR SE SOSPECHA.
