PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE CAPSULAS DE ANALGESICO CONTENIENDO GRANULOS DE ACIDO ACETIL-SALICILICO Y P-ACETILAMINOFENOL (APAP) PULVERIZADO.SE PRETENDE PROTEGER EL ACIDO ACETIL SALICILICO DE LA DIGESTION EN EL ESTOMAGO Y QUE SE LIBERE EN LOS INTESTINOS PARA SU ABSORCION POR LA CORRIENTE SANGUINEA. EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION CONSISTE EN CUBRIR LOS GRANULOS DE ACIDO ACETIL-SALICILICO CON UN RECUBRIMIENTO ENTERICO; PREPARAR UNA MEZCLA DE LOS GRANULOS CON APAP EN POLVO; Y LLENAR LAS CAPSULAS CON DOSIS TERAPEUTICAMENTE EFECTIVAS. EL RECUBRIMIENTO ENTERICO SE EFECTUA CON UN COPOLIMERO DE CARACTER ANIONICO A BASE DE ACIDO POLIMETACRILICO Y SUS ESTERES.
