Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE PIRAZOL(ARIL)METANONAS, DE FORMULA GENERAL (I), EN LA QUE R1 REPRESENTA FENILO SUSTITUIDO, PIRIDINILO O TIENILO; Y R2 SIGNIFICA HIDROGENO O ALQUILO.CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN ACETONITRILO ADECUADAMENTE SUSTITUIDO, DE FORMULA GENERAL (II), CON UNA DIMETILACETAL DE N,N-DIMETILAMIDA, PARA OBTENER UN SOLIDO CRISTALINO, EL CUAL DESPUES DE SER RECUPERADO Y DISUELTO EN CLORURO DE METILENO, SE HACE PASAR A TRAVES DE UN SILICATO DE MAGNESIO HIDRATADO, PARA OBTENER UN PRECIPITADO DE FORMULA (III). DICHO PRECIPITADO SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UNA SAL DE AMINOGUANIDINA, PARA OBTENER EL PRODUCTO DESEADO.DE APLICACION EN MEDICINA COMO AGENTE ANSIOLITICO Y ANTIEPILEPTICO.
