SE HACE REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE BROMOALQUILO (II) CON UNA AMINA TAL COMO (ALQUILO INFERIOR)<2 NH, PIRROLIDINO, PIPERIDINO, MORFOLINO. SE OBTIENE EL COMPUESTO (I) QUE OPCIONALMENTE SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UN ACIDO CARBOXILICO O ANHIDRIDO PARA DAR EL CORRESPONDIENTE COMPUESTO EN QUE R ES ALCANOILO INFERIOR O BENZOILO, O BIEN PUEDE HACERSE REACCIONAR DICHO COMPUESTO (I) CON UN ACIDO FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLE PARA DAR LA CORRESPONDIENTE SAL.
