SE HACE REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE BROMOALQUILO (II) CON LA AMINA (III); OPCIONALMENTE SE HACE REACCIONAR EL COMPONENTE OBTENIDO (I) CON UN ANHIDRIDO DE ACIDO CARBOXILICO CON LO QUE EL SUSTITUYENTE R SE TRANSFORMA EN ALCANOILO INFERIOR O BENZOILO O BIEN DICHO COMPUESTO (I) SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UN ACIDO FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLE PARA DAR LA SAL CORRESPONDIENTE.
