PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE DERIVADOS DE ACIDO 5-(4-FENIL-1-PIPERIDINIL)METIL-2,3-DIHIDRO-2-OXO-1H-IMADAZOL- -4-CARBOXILICO. SE HACE REACCIONAR EL COMPUESTO (II) CON UNA AMINA (III). SE OBTIENE EL COMPUESTO (I) QUE OPCIONALMENTE SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UN CLORURO O ANHIDRIDO DE ACIDO CARBOXILICO CON LO QUE EL SUSTITUYENTE R SE TRANSFORMA AL CORRESPONDIENTE ALCANOILO INFERIOR O BENZOILO. SI EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO ES UNA SAL, PUEDE HACERSE REACCIONAR CON UNA BASE INORGANICA PARA DAR LA AMINA LIBRE. R ES HIDROGENO, ALQUILO, ALCANOILO O BENCILO; R>1 ES HIDROXI, ALCOXI U OTROS; R>2 ES HIDROGENO O ALQUILO: X ES HIDROGENO, HALOGENO, METILO, METOXI O TRIFLUOROMETILO; Y ES HIDROGENO, HIDROXI, CIANO O ACETILO; Y>1 ES HIDROGENO.
