Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE UN ABSORBEDOR PARA INSTALACIONES SOLARES. CONSISTE EN EFECTUAR UN REVESTIMIENTO POR MEDIO DE UN PROCESO EN FASE GASEOSA, EMPLEANDOSE PARA ELLO UN SUBSTRATO DE UNA ALEACION QUE CONTIENE NIQUEL Y TITANIO, SOMETIENDO DICHO SUBSTRATO A UN TRATAMIENTO PREVIO. EL PROCESO DE DEPOSICION, SE REALIZA EN UNA FASE GASEOSA QUE CONTIENE TITANIO A UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR A 800 C Y CON PARTICIPACION DEL MATERIAL DEL SUBSTRATO. EL TRATAMIENTO PREVIO LLEVA LA SUPERFICIE DEL SUBSTRATO A UNA ASPEREZA DE APROXIMADAMENTE 1 ~LM. COMO GAS DE REACCION SE EMPLEA TETRACLORURO DE TITANIO, EL CUAL ESTA PRESENTE EN UNA CONCENTRACION DE APROXIMADAMENTE 1% EN VOLUMEN EN LA ATMOSFERA GASEOSA.
