SE HACE REACCIONAR CON GUANIDINA AL BETA-ANILINO-ALFA-<014>3,5-DIMETOXI-4-(2-METOXIETOXI)-BENCIL<015>- ACRILONITRILO; ESTA REACCION QUE CONDUCE AL CIERRE DEL ANILLO DE PIRIMIDINA, ES REALIZADA EN CALIENTE PREFERIBLEMENTE CON UTILIZACION DE UN ALCANOL INFERIOR TAL COMO ETANOL EN CALIDAD DE DISOLVENTE. EL COMPUESTO OBTENIDO TIENE DE FORMULA EL COMPUESTO (I).
