Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE SACARINA. SE HACE REACCIONAR UNA SOLUCION DE CLORURO DE O-METOXICARBONILBENZENODIAZONIO EN ACIDO CLORHIDRICO CON DIOXIDO SULFURICO A 0-100<025>C EN PRESENCIA DE UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERT QUE ES INMISCIBLE O POCO MISCIBLE EN AGUA, TAL COMO UNA CETONA ALIFATICA CON 4 A 10 ATOMOS DE CARBONO. LA MEZCLA SE TRATA SIMULTANEA O SUBSECUENTEMENTE CON UN CATALIZADOR PARA LA DESCOMPOSICION DE LA SAL DE DIAZONIO. LA MEZCLA DE REACCION ACUOSO-ORGANICA O LA FASE ORGANICA, UNA VEZ SEPARADA DE LA FASE ACUOSA, SE TRATA A 0-100<025>C CON UN OXIDANTE. SE HACE REACCIONA LA FASE ORGANICA A 0-50<025>C CON AMONIACO ACUOSO, AISLANDOSE LA SACARINA DE LA FASE ACUOSA POR ACIDULACION CONVENCIONAL CON UN ACIDO FUERTE.
