UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE NUEVAS S-TRAZOLO (4,3-B) PIRIDAZINAS 3,6,7,-SUSTITUIDAS. SE HACE REACCIONAR UN OCMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (I), A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 40 A 150 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS CON EL COMPUESTO HOCOR3. SE OBTIENE UNA 6-HALOTRAIZOLOPIRIDAZINA QUE SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UNA AMINA CORRESPONDIENTE A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 75 Y 160 GRADS CENTIGRADOS EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE O EN UN EXCESO DE AMINA, EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE INORGANICA O UNA AMINA NO NUCLEOFILA. SE OBTINEN COMPUESTOS DE FORMULA GENERAL (II) EN QUE R3 ES HIDROGENO O ALQUILO INFERIOR; R6 ES AMINO, ALQUILAMINO, DIALQUILAMINO U OTROS; R7 ES ALQILO INFERIOR, Y R9 REPRESENTA HIDROGENO O ALQUILO INFERIOR.
