Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE HIDRATO (BASICO) DE FOSFATO DE ALUMINIO Y ZINC. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN MOL DE HIDROGENO FOSFATO DE ALUMINIO CON 2,4 A 4 MOLES, EN PARTICULAR CON 3,15 A 3,5 MOLES DE OXIDO DE ZINC, EN CASO DADO BAJO LA ADICION DE ALUMINATO ALCALINO EN UNA CANTIDAD DE HASTA 0,4 MOLES A LA CANTIDAD EQUIVALENTE DE UN HIDROXIDO ALCALINO. LA REACCION SE VERIFICA A UNA TEMPERATURA ELEVADA, COMPRENDIDA EMTRE 30 Y 80 GRADOS. EL ALUMINATO ALCALINO UTILIZADO SUELE SER EL ALUMINATO SODICO O EN CASO DADO EL HIDROXIDO SODICO. DE APLICACION EN LA FABRICACION DE PIGMENTOS PROTECTORES CONTRA LA CORRECCION DEBIDA AL MEDIO AMBIENTE.
