SE ALICA MEDIANTE SINTERIZACION EN UN DORSO DE ACERO COBRIZO O SIN COBRIZAR UNA CAPA DE 250 A 350 MICROMETROS DE ESPESOR DE POLVO DE ESTAÑO-BRONCE DE PARTICULAS ESFERIAS CON UNA GRANULACION DE 150 A 175 MICROMETROS. EL VOLUMEN DE POROS DE DICHA CAPA, QUE OCUPA EL 35-45 POR 100, SE RELLENA EN UN PROCESO DE LAMINACION CON UN MEZCLA DE HIDROCARBURO FLUORADO Y PLLOM. ADICIONALMENTE SE DA UNA CAPA DE DESLIZAMIENTO DE 10 A 30 MICROMETROS DE ESPESOR DE UNA MEZCLA DE HIDROCARBURO FLUORADO Y PLOMO APLICADA POR SINTERIZACION.
