Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE NUEVO A-AMINO DERIVADOS CICLICOS DEL 1-(3'',4-METILENDIOXIFENIL)-ETANOL. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR BROMOCETONAS CON UNA AMINA EN DISOLUCION DE UN ALCOHOL Y A TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 70 C Y LA TEMPERATURA DE EBULLICION. A CONTINUACION SE EVAPORA EL DISOLVENTE EN VACIO, SE SUSPENDE EN UNA MEZCLA DE AGUA Y DE UN HIDROCARBURO CLORADO. SE FILTRA EL RESIDUO, LAVANDO LA FASE ORGANICA, SECANDO Y EVAPORANDO A SEQUEDAD EN VACIO. SE OBTIENE EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (1), EL CUAL SE HACE REACCIONAR CON CLORHIDRICO ETANOICO EN DISOLUCION DE ETER ETILICO. SE OBTIENE EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (II).
