CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON CLORURO DE TRIMETILSILILO Y POSTERIOR TRATAMIENTO CON UN AGENTE HIDROGENADOR, CON LO CUAL SE OBTIENE EL COMPUESTO (III); ESTE DERIVADO REACCIONA CON UN ALQUIL LITIO Y CON CLORURO DE BENZOILO O UN CLORURO DE ACIDO ALQUILO INFERIOR, Y EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO REACCIONA CON HIDRURO DE SODIO O UNA TRIALQUILAMINA INFERIOR Y P-TOLUENSULFONIL AZIURO; DE ESTA FORMA SE PREPARA EL DERIVADO DESEADO.
