Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE CLORURO DE 2-(P-HIDROXIFENIL)-GLICILO O EL CORRESPONDIENTE HIDROCARBURO. SE HACE SUSPENDER 2-(P-HIDROXIFENIL)-GLICINA EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO QUE PUEDE SER ACETONITRILO, TETRAHIDROFURANO, BENCENO, TOLUENO, N-HEXANO, DIOXANO, ACETATO DE ETILO, DICLOMETANO, DICLOROETANO, CLOROFORMO Y MEZCLA DE LOS MISMOS. LA SUSPENSION OBTANIDA SE HACE REACCIONAR A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE CON HCI GASEOSO PARA DAR UN HEMISOLVATO DE HIDROCARBURO DE 2(P-HIDROXIFENIL)-GLICINA QUE SE TRATA CON UN AGENTE CLORANTE PARA DAR EL COMPUESTO DESEADO. LA MEZCLA SE REACCION SE MANTIENE ENTRE 20 Y 30 GC DURANTE 15 MINUTOS. ESTE COMPUESTO TIENE PROPIEDADEES FISICOQUIMICAS ADECUADAS PARA LA PRODUCCION DE PENICILINAS Y CEFALOSPORINAS SEMI-SINTETICAS.
