Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE SUSTANCIAS ANTIOXIDANTES. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1. MOLTURACION DE LA MATERIA VEGETAL O UN EXTRACTO OBTENIDO POR UN DISOLVENTE LIGERO. 2. MEZCLADO CON UN VECTOR DE DESTILACION Y UN ACEITE. 3. DESTILACION DE LA SUSPENSION RECOGIENDO EL CONDENSADO QUE CONTIENE LOS PRINCIPIOS ANTIOXIDANTES, EL VECTOR DE DESTILACION Y UNA PARTE DEL ACEITE EMPLEADO EN EL PROCESO. LAS PARTICULAS OBTENIDAS EN LA ETAPA DE MOLTURACION SON COMO MAXIMO DE 20 MICRAS, LAS MATERIAS PRIMAS EMPLEADAS SON PREFERENTEMENTE HOJAS DE ROMERO O DE SALVIA, CASCARAS DE CACAO O RESIDUOS DE DESTILACION DE ACEITE ESENCIAL DE ROMERO. A LA SUSPENSION SE AÑADE DE UN 0,5 A UN 5 POR 100 EN PESO DE AGUA. LA MEZCLA A DESTILAR CONTIENE UN 1 A UN 10 POR 100 EN PESO DE UN VECTOR DE DESTILACION, LA CUAL SE EFECTUA BAJO UN VACIO INFERIOR A 0,005 TORR. A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 190-280GC Y CON UN CAUDAL DE MATERIA DE 0,5 A 7 KG./HORA.
