PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION DE GRANULADO DE VIDRIO CELULAR. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: 1. MOLIDO DE MATERIAS PRIMAS PARA FORMAR POLVO. 2. MEZCLA DE ESTE CON UN MEDIO EXPANSOR ORGANICO Y/O INORGANICO QUE DESARROLLA GAS CON CALOR, ESE MEDIO EXPANSOR SE APLICA COMO CAPA UNIFORME SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DE GRANO DE VIDRIO. 3. HINCHADO DE LA MEZCLA EN UN HORNO DE LECHO PLANO PARA FORMAR UN CORDON PLANO DE VIDRIO CELULAR SOBRE UNA BANDA DE CHAPA DE ACERO CERRADA. 4. ENFRIADO DESPUES DE LA EXPANSION POR REFRIGERACION DEL SOPORTE DE MATERIAL. 5. TRITURADO PARA FORMAR GRANULADO POR RUPTURA MECANICA DE FORMA QUE SE ROMPAN LOS CANTOS.
