Abstract

Nuevos ésteres de hidrocortisona de fórmula general I. **(Fórmula)** en la que R1 significa respectivamente H, formilo o acetilo y R2 significa respectivamente H o CH3. La invención tiene por objeto encontrar nuevos compuestos con propiedades valiosas, en particular aquellos que puedan emplearse para la preparación de medicamentos. Se ha encontrado que los compuestos de fórmula I poseen valiosas propiedades farmacológicas junto a una buena tolerancia. En particular manifiestan actividad antiflogística que puede considerarse basada por ejemplo en un componente de actividad antiproliferativa, un componente de actividad antiexudativa, un componente de actividad timolítica y un componente de actividad influenciadora del ACTH.
