Abstract
Procedimiento para formar unidades de cordón trenzado de las que tienen una dirección de trenzado o torsión que se invierte de sección a sección, donde los cordones avanzan lado con lado sucesivamente a través de un primer y un segundo cabezales trenzadores mutuamente separados y forman las unidades de cordones trenzados, caracterizado por comprender las fases de: a) hacer funcionar los cabezales trenzadores sometiendo simultaneamente a rotación los cabezales trenzadores en una dirección común alrededor de los cordones prácticamente a la misma velocidad de revolución de los cabezales, haciendo por lo tanto que una primera progresión de trenzados de una dirección pasen desde el primer cabezal trenzador hacia el segundo cabezal trenzador y una segunda progresión de trenzados de dirección opuesta salga del segundo cabezal trenzador; b) terminar simultaneamente las operaciones de torsión o trenzado del primer y segundo cabezales trenzadores en los cordones terminando su movimiento de rotación alrededor de los mismos cuando el extremo delantero de la primera progresión de trenzados alcanza el segundo cabezal trenzador y un extremo posterior de la segunda progresión de trenzados que sale del mismo; c) suspender las operaciones de trenzado del primer y segundo cabezales trenzadores hasta que el extremo posterior de la primera progresión de trenzados alcanza el segundo cabezal trenzador; y d) repetir en secuencia las etapas (a),(b) y (c).
