Abstract

Mejoras en recalentadores de tubos y carcasas para separadores de humedad en centrales de energía de turbinas de vapor, teniendo el recalentador medios de admisión a la carcasa, herméticos al vapor, para hacer pasar vapor del lado de la carcasa húmedo frío dentro de los mismos, medios dentro de dicha carcasa para eliminar humedad arrastrada desde dicho vapor del lado de la carcasa y medios de salida para eliminar de la misma, vapor del lado de la carcasa recalentado, por lo menos un recalentador en los mismos para elevar la temperatura de dicho vapor secado del lado de la carcasa, comprendiendo dicho recalentador un colector de admisión, incluyendo una chapa de tubos, un colector de salida y una pluralidad de tubos de intercambio térmico sustancialmente paralelos, comprendiendo una haz de tubos, conectado entre medias y extendiéndose dentro de dicha carcasa entre dicha admisión y el citado medio de salida y en relación de transferencia de calor con dicho vapor del lado de la carcasa, caracterizadas por comprender: primeros medios que suministran a dicho colector de admisión un aprovisionamiento de vapor saturado a una temperatura y a una presión, en que ambas son más altas que la correspondiente característica de vapor del lado de la carcasa, que se hace pasar dentro de dicha carcasa para recalentar; medio de división por tabiques dentro de dicho colector de admisión para crear en el mismo un colector auxiliar de admisión, que está acoplado y cubre extremos de admisión de un grupo preseleccionado de dichos tubos en dicha chapa de tubos; medios separados para proveer a un suministro controlable de vapor, saturado esencialmente a la misma temperatura y presión que dicho primer medio de suministro de vapor a dicho colector de admisión auxiliar; medios de control de flujo, asociados con dicho segundo medio de suministro de vapor, para controlar el régimen de flujo de vapor saturado, hacia dicho colector auxiliar y para controlar independientemente los regímenes de flujo de vaporen dicho grupo preseleccionado de tubos; siendo responsables dichos medios de control de flujo a la carga de dicho recalentador y eficaces para mantener regímenes de flujo en todos los citados tubos, suficientes para eliminar sustancialmente la subrefrigeración de condensado en los mismos, a todos los valores de carga del recalentador, sin requerir regímenes excesivos de flujo de vapor barredor en alguno de dichos tubos.
