Abstract

Procedimiento de recuperación de ácidos carboxílicos y, más particularmente, de alfa-hidroxi- y alfa-amino-carboxílicos a partir de medios azucarados que los contienen, caracterizado porque: - en una primera fase, la mezcla a partir de la cual se desea recuperar el ácido alfa-hidroxi- o alfa-aminocarboxílico y que contiene este último en forma de su sal de calcio se pone en contacto con una resina catiónica en forma calcio durante un tiempo suficiente para alcanzar una adsorción óptima de dicha sal de calcio y, después, en una segunda fase, se eluye la resina precedentemente saturada recurriendo al agua.
