Abstract

Método para la detección y/o determinación de una inmunoglobulina específica antigénica de una clase peculiar IgX, donde x significa G, M, A, D o E, caracterizado porque el medio de prueba se pone en contacto con anti-IgX insolubilizada contra la inmunoglobulina específica antigénica de una clase peculiar IgX a determinarse o con una fracción de aglutinamiento antigénico de dicha anti-IgX, seguido de una incubación con un antígeno para el que la inmunoglobulina a determinarse tiene afinidad específica y con una fracción fijada de aglutinamiento antigénico de un anticuerpo contra el antígeno citado. Se detecta y/o determina el agente de fijación, que ofrece información cualitativa y/o cuantitativa sobre la inmunoglobulina específica antigénica a determinarse.
