Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de películas poliolefínicas termosoldables y no fibrillables, caracterizado porque comprende: a) la obtención de una película de base monoorientada mediante extrusión de polímeros o copolímeros cristalinos de alfa-olefinas o de sus mezclas, enfriamiento de la película a temperaturas comprendidas entre 10º y 70ºC, y estirado longitudinal subsiguiente a 110º - 150ºC con relaciones de estiraje comprendidas en 1:4 y 1:7; b) la extrusión, sobre una o ambas caras de la película de base, del mismo polímero o copolímero o mezcla polimérica utilizado en la preparación de dicha película de base, de modo que el espesor de la capa de revestimiento extruida esté comprendida entre 1/6 y 1/10 del espesor de la película de base; c) el estirado transversal de la película revestida a una temperatura comprendida entre 120ª y 160ªC, utilizando relaciones de estirado comprendidas entre 1:6 y 1:10.
