Abstract

Máquina para la fabricación de queso del tipo seral, caracteriza porque la citada máquina incluye una caja de recalentamiento termostático, unos inyectores del suero y del líquido coagulante, y dos bandas sin fin, una de ellas para la separación del queso seral por medio de placas que se desplazan junto al fondo de la caja, y la otra para la transferencia del queso seral, dónde esta segunda banda sin fin transcurre, en uno de sus extremos, junto al fondo de la caja, es tanto que, en su otro extremo, desemboca en una zona de descarga del queso seral formado.
