Abstract
Procedimiento de intercambio de calor que comprende un acumulado térmico que comprende, de forma repetida, las dos etapas sucesivas siguientes: a) se deja subir, por intercambio térmico con una fuente de calor, la temperatura de una dispersión de un material (a) en estado sólido en un líquido (B) hasta por encima de la temperatura de fusión del mencionado material (A), con el fin de obtener una emulsión del material (a) fundido en el líquido (B) luego, b) se deja que baje la temperatura de la emulsión del material (A) fundido en el líquido (B) , por intercambio térmico con una fuente de frío, hasta por debajo de la temperatura de solidificación del material (A) fundido, con el fin de obtener una dispersión del material (A) sólido en el líquido (B), caracterizándose el procedimiento porque, como consecuencia de por lomenos una etapa (a) o de una etapa (b) se acumula en condiciones adiabáticas la emulsión o la dispersión obtenida antes de proceder a la etapa siguientes, comenzando el procedimiento por una etapa (a) o por una etapa (b)
