Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de filamentos estirables con orientación molecular de modo habitual, a base de poliéster , de preferencia de poli (tereftalato de etilenglicol), por conducción de filamentos hilados a partir de un material fundido, aún no estirados, a través de un baño de agua mantenido a temperaturas entre 93 y 100ºC, siendo alargados los filamentos de modo permanentemente plástico con reducción de su orientación molecular, caracterizado porque los filamentos hilados con una velocidad de arrastre de no más de 2.500m/min, de preferencia entre 1000 y 2100 m/min, son alargados en la relación de al menos 1:3,0 de preferencia de al menos 1: 5,0 a un título individual menor de 2,5 dtex, de preferencia de 2,0 a 0,2 dtex.
