Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de una composición de cemento que comprende cemento, un material puzolánico, un árido fino, aire, agua y un constituyente metálico, que comprende las siguientes operaciones: (a) disolver bien por lo menos un catalizador metálico y por lo menos un catalizador aniónico en una solución acuosa; (b) mezclar íntimamente con la solución acuosa una determinada cantidad de material puzolánico y de cemento; (c) hacer reaccionar catalíticamente los constituyentes químicos para iniciar una reacción puzolánica con el cemento y formar una pasta, encontrándose el catalizador metálico alcalino presente en una proporción de hasta aproximadamente 4,0% del peso del material puzolánico, en forma de peso equivalente de iones sodio y encontrándose presente el catalizador aniónico en una proporción de hasta aproximadamente 6,0% del peso del material puzolánico, en forma de peso equivalente de iones sodio; (d) mezclar íntimamente el árido fino con la pasta, estando comprendidala relación volumétrica sólida de cemento a material puzolánico entre 0,05 y 2,0 aproximadamente, la relación del volumen de pasta (cemento, material puzolánico y agua) a volumen sólido del árido fino entre 0,75 y 1,5 aproximadamente y siendo la relación de volumen sólido de cemento a volumen de mortero (cemento, material puzolánico, agua y árido fino) inferior a 0,19 aproximadamente; caracterizándose el procedimiento por utilizar como catalizador metálico un catalizador que contenga por lo menos iones metálicos alcalinos seleccionados entre sodio, potasio y litio, y como catalizador aniónico un catalizador aniónico complejante del hierro, capaz de formar complejos con los iones férricos, soluble en agua y cuya sal cálcica también sea soluble en agua y siendo la relación entre el volumen de pasta (material puzolánico, cemento, aire y agua) y el volumen sólido del árido fino de 0,75 a 2,5 aproximadamente.
