Abstract

1. Procedimiento para preparar 6-fenil- 1,2,3,- triazolo [4,3-b] piridazinas, de fórmula: **( fórmula 01)** en donde R1 y R2 se eligen individualmente entre hidrógeno, cloro, bromo, flúor, trifluormetilo, nitro, metoxi, amino, acetamido, ciano o alquilo que tiene hasta 4 átomos de carbono; y R3 se elige entre hidrógeno y alquilo que tiene hasta 3 átomos de carbono; caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula: ** ( formula 02)** en donde R1 y R2 se definen como anteriormente, con un orto formato de alquilo inferior, a una temperatura de 50 a 175 ºC, durante 1-48 horas, o con un anhidrido de ácido, cloruro de ácido alcanoico o un ortoéster de ácido alcanoico, en donde los ácidos alcanoicos tienen de 2-4 átomos de carbono, a una temperatura de 50 a 175ºC, en un disolvente inerte, durante 1-48 horas.
