Abstract

La presente invención expone un dispositivo útil en la realización de ensayos inmunológicos y bioqímicos, que comprende un recipiente provisto de una abertura para la introducción y la extracción de reactivos , y un medios de retención situado próximo a la abertura de dicho recipiente, para impedir la extracción de dicho reactivo de fase sólida del interior del citado recipiente. El reactivo de fase sólida es suficientemente granda para no requerirse centrifugación para la sedimentación del medio objeto de ensayo y para quedar retenido dentro del recipiente de reacción por medios retentivos cuando se invierte el recipiente a fin de decantar el medio reaccional. El medio de retención evita las limitaciones de los reactivos heterogéneos ordinarios y permite el desarrollo de un gran número de ensayos a alta velocidad, al facilitar un suministro y una decantación precisos de los reactivos.
