Abstract
Procedimiento de hilado en masa fundida para producir continuamente un hilo de poliamida de filamentos múltiples estirados, que tiene rizo latente, caracterizado por: (a) extruir una poliamida fundida formadora de fibra, a una velocidad de extrusión dada, a través de los orificios de una hilera, para formar una pluralidad de corrientes fundidas; (b) enfriar dichas corrientes fundidas, en una zona de enfriamiento súbito, para formar filamentos; © estirar dichos filamentos pasando los filamentos desde dicha zona de enfriamiento súbito, con un número dado de vueltas alrededor de una primera disposición de rodillos que giran a una velocidad periférica dada, y que tiene al menos un rodillo mantenido a una temperatura de al menos 70ºC pero menor que la temperatura a la que tiene lugar el deterioro de los filamentos, y pasando luego dichos filamentos desde dicha primera disposición de rodillos, con una pluralidad de vueltas alrededor de una segunda disposición de rodillos que giran a una velocidadperiférica tal que los filamentos son estirados entre dichas disposiciones de rodillos primera y segunda, con una proporción de estiramiento comprendida entre más de 1,0 y menos de 4,0 donde dicho estiramiento se efectúa antes de que los filamentos lleguen a cristalización en equilibrio; y (d) recoger dichos filamentos en forma de un hilo, donde dicha velocidad de extrusión , dicha temperatura de rodillo, dicho número dado de vueltas, y dicho estiramiento están correlacionados para proporcionar un hilo que tiene un denier dado por filamento, y un rizo de al meno 10% tras ser expuesto a calor seco a 180ºC en estado relajado.
