Abstract
Un m¿todo para producir una composición que limita la ingestión de pienso por ganado controlando el consumo de un suplemento de pienso cuando se le añade a dicho pienso, que comprende las operaciones de: (a) formar una mezcla de una grasa y un ácido y (b) calentar dicha mezcla a una temperatura de al menos aproximadamente 104ºC para acidular dicha grasa.
