Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de composiciones reductoras de la formación de oxalato endógeno en conductos urológicos, esencialmente activas en la profilaxis de la urolitiasis, caracterizado porque se tratan 400 a 1000 partes en peso de ácido benzoico o una de sus sales terapéuticamente aceptables, que constituye una materia activa esencialmente bloqueadora de la formación metabólica del oxalato al reaccionar copulativamente con la glicina intermediaria en dicha formación, con agentes biosintéticamente activos como modificadores de la metabolización del también intermediario glioxilato en dicha conversión a oxalato, que comprenden 0,4 a 1 partes en peso de folato como retentor del citado glioxilato, 1 a 3 partes en peso de piridoxina como aminante del glioxilato o glicina y 1 a 3 partes en peso de tiamina activadora de la conversión del glioxilato o ácido -aceto B-OH-a-dipenico conduciéndose el tratamiento en presencia de 5 a 10 partes en peso de ácido pantoténico, activador biosintético de la citada reacción de copulación a benzoilglicina y opcionalmente en presencia de 0,9 a 1,8 partes en peso de vitamina A, de actividad local en la urolitiasis.
