Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en frenos de disco del tipo que comprenden un alojamiento no giratorio y un eje motor dispuesto giratoriamente en el alojamiento; una serie anular de discos rotores fijados a dicho eje para el giro conjunto y poseedores de caras de fricción enfrentadas; una serie anular de discos estatores retenidos contra el giro con relación al citado alojamiento e intercalados entre dichos discos rotores, cuyos discos estatores presentan caras enfrentadas de fricción; medios para apretar selectivamente entre sí las caras de fricción de las indicadas series de discos con el fin de impedir el giro del citado eje con respecto al mencionado alojamiento no giratorio, caracterizados por comprender: medios de pasos definidos por una porción de dicho alojamiento no giratorio, dispuestos circunferencialmente en torno a la periferia exterior de dichos discos rotores y estatores para llevar un líquido refrigerante presionizado a la periferia exterior de dichos discos rotores y estatores; y pasosde flujo para dirigir el citado líquido refrigerante radialmente hacia el interior por entre las mencionadas series de discos rotores y estatores cuyos pasos de flujo no definen, haciendo lisas dichas caras de fricción de los discos rotores y dotando de ranuras a las citadas caras de fricción de los discos estatores.
