Abstract

Una unidad de control de la presión de frenado en los sistemas de freno hidráulico de los vehículos, de uso en los sistemas en que los frenos de las ruedas traseras del vehículo son presuperizados por dos circuitos de freno independientes, estando constituida dicha unidad de control por dos válvulas de control de la presión dispuestas una a continuación de otra en el mismo eje geométrico, controlando cada una de ellas el enlace para el fluido de presión entre la fuente de aportación de dicho fluido y dos cilindros de freno de rueda de uno de los circuitos, estando una de estas válvulas de control diseñada como reductor de la fuerza de frenado provisto de un pistón escalonado y estando diseñada la otra válvula de control como limitador de la fuerza de frenado, caracterizada porque el obturador del limitador de la fuerza de frenado está directamente soportado por el pistón escalonado y porque, en la posición de reposo de la unidad de control de la presión de frenado, el obturador del reductor de la fuerza de frenado es mantenido en su posición de abierto por medio de un vástago de tope que es independiente del obturador del limitador de la fuerza de frenado.
