Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de R,S-2,3,5,6- tetrahidro-6-fenil-imidazo (2,1b)- tiazole (Tetramisole). Han sido comunicados un número de métodos de síntesis del tetramisol, en los que, en la mayoría de los casos, tiene lugar la formación de un sistema de anillo tetrahidro-imidazotiazol, formando un enlace entre el átomo de carbono (en la 6ª posición) y el átomo de nitrógeno (en la 7ª posición) (Fórmula I), es decir formación de un enlace (C(6)-N(7), logrado por eliminación de XY en compuestos con la Formula general II **(Fórmula)** en la que X representa OH; -O1, -Br; NHSO2C6CH3-p; -NH2, -NHCOR, mientras que Y muy frecuentemente representa hidrógeno, pero puede representar también RCO- o alquil radical.
