Abstract
Un método mejorado de preparar una bebida carbónica dulce y saporizada que comprende añadir un líquido para hacer la bebida a una mezcla seca edulcorada para bebidas en el lugar de consumo, comprendiendo dicha mezcla para bebidas un edulcorante, un saporizante, un acidulante y un dispositivo de carbonatación instantánea eficaz para carbonatar la bebida en el lugar de consumo cuando dicho líquido para hacer la bebida se añade a dicha mezcla para bebidas, en el que la mejora comprende usar un edulcorante que contiene no menos de 88% en peso de edulcorante total de fructosa cristalina esencialmente pura, con lo que dicha bebida carbónica dulce y saporizada tiene un nivel de dulzor mayor que el nivel de dulzor de una bebida carbónica edulcorada con fructosa previamente disuelta, comparando con base en las calorías aportadas.
