Abstract

Un método de preparación de compuestos heterocíclicos derivados de hidantoína de formula (I) **(formula)** en la que Z es hidrógeno o alcohilo; uno de Z1 y Z2 está representado por el grupo -CH-X-X1-X2x; en el que X es fenileno, -C=C-, -CH=CH- cis ó trans, ó -CH2-CQ2- donde cada Q se selecciona independientemente de entre hidrógeno y alcohilo o bien los dos grupos Q forman juntos un radical alcohileno que tiene cuatro, cinco o seis átomos de carbono; X1 es un enlace covalente o una cadena de alcohileno recta o ramificada que tiene 1 a 6 átomos de carbono y que tiene opcionalmente uno de sus grupos metileno reemplazado por oxa (-0-) con la condición de que al menos un átomo de carbono separa el grupo oxa de un grupo-C=-, -CH=CH- ó -CO; y X2 se selecciona de entre 5-tetrazolilo, carboxilo, carboxamido, hidroximetileno y alcoxicarbonilo.
