Abstract

Procedimiento para calcinar material de grano fino hasta pulverulento, en especial harina cruda de cemento, en el que el material es tratado previamente de manera térmica en una etapa de precalentamiento por medio de gases calientes y, antes de penetrar en una etapa de calcinación con siguiente etapa de refrigeración, es calcinado en una etapa separada de reacción mediante la aportación de calor procedente de combustibles de cualquier clase, caracterizado porque, visto en la dirección de paso del material tratado, la etapa de reacción está dividida en al menos dos zonas de reacción, siendo aportado a cada una de estas zonas de reacción calor por separado, y porque el material tratado es separado de los gases calientes antes de ser cargado en la zona de reacción siguiente en cada caso.
