Abstract
Un procedimiento mejorado para la producción de machos de fundición, caracterizado porque comprende combinar una arena de moldeo con un ligante de silicato constituido por un silicato potásico con una relación molar SiO2:K2O comprendida entre 1,6:1 y 2,2:1, para formar un macho o molde que, posteriormente, se trata con dióxido de carbono gaseoso para fraguar el macho por reacción con el silicato.
