Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en el montaje de elementos colgantes de caja principal para máquinas de fabricar papel caracterizados por comprender: Un elemento laminar colgante que se extiende lateralmente hasta proximidad de las paredes laterales de la cámara de ranura de una máquina de fabricar papel y que se extiende longitudinalmente desde la placa divisora del flujo situada entre la cámara de preranura y la cámara de ranura de la caja principal hasta contiguamente a la abertura ranurada, siendo las dimensiones entre los laterales de la lámina suficientemente inferiores a la distancia entre las paredes laterales de la cámara para permitir una dilatación limitada y sin entorpecimiento de la lámina cuando se calienta al ponerse en contacto con la pasta de papel; y una varilla de anclaje que estira la lámina, está fijada al extremo situado corriente arriba de la lámina y es apta para ser alojada por anclamiento sobre la placa divisora del flujo; teniendo dicha varilla de anclaje un coeficiente de dilatación mayor que el de la lámina, y efectuándose la fijación de la lámina a la varilla de modo que el mismo calor de la pasta que ocasiona la dilatación de la lámina produzca un alargamiento de la varilla por dilatación mayor que el de la lámina, estirando así la porción extrema colgada de la lámina para mantener la lámina tensa y sustancialmente exenta de arrugas.
